Stop Growing!

No, not really. I don't really want Gail to stop growing. But she shouldn't be this tall yet!

She can reach doorknobs (obviously) and she can now get her little hands up and over the edge of the table as well as the kitchen counters, so I have to watch carefully; if anything is too near the edge, it might just get pulled off!

She has been practicing her standing all week, for longer and longer amounts of time, and she can consistently take one little step, especially if we are in range to fall toward after that. She is pleased with her progress, but it is making her pretty tired as well. Matthias recently taught her to tell us when she wants to get picked up ("uh uh" to her means "up up" to us) and she asks all the time.
