Learning So Fast

I love watching Gail learn new skills, and I am constantly thankful that I get to stay home with her, so I can see her making progress. She is figuring out more of her toys, snapping together her Lego Duplos (big legos for kiddos from one and half to five years old) and sometimes stacking things herself.




She likes to ride her car around a lot, and doesn't run into things nearly as much any more.




She can climb up on our chairs, and finally has the dexterity to work a light switch. Thankfully, she can't see that this one does anything, because it is an outside light. Sadly, today she found out she can reach the bathroom light switch WITHOUT a chair, and happily turned it on and off for awhile. I'm hoping that game gets old soon!




And here's my favorite recent picture. You can see the yogurt on her shirt (she is mostly feeding herself now), and she put her "necklace" and asked for help getting last winter's hat on.
