Welcome Baby Xander!

I know most of you have probably seen some of these pictures (after all, he is one week and one day old already!) but here is our official blog introduction of Alexander Charles (Xander for short). He was born on July 21 at 2:32 pm, weighing 8 lb 8 oz and measuring 21 inches long.

We came home last Thursday (July 23) and have been so thankful to have Grammie here the first week and now Grandma Patty to help out, as Matthias is back at work. Tomorrow Xander gets his check-up with the pediatrician. Also, I obviously need to take more pictures of Matthias! I have one, but can't make it rotate the right way, so I'll try to get some good ones to share soon.
